What a gutter cleaning covers

Leaves, needles, seed pods and shingle grit settle into gutters on every kind of home. Left alone, they pack into a wet sludge that stops water and holds it against your fascia. Here is what our crews do on every visit.
We remove packed leaves, twigs and sludge from every straight run by hand and bag the debris on site, so nothing ends up in your flower beds.

Two things set the price of a gutter cleaning: how many stories your home has and the total linear feet of gutter. These are our typical prices. Yours is confirmed after we review your home, before any work is scheduled.

Add-ons apply only in specific situations. The first clogged downspout is included; each additional blocked line adds $25. Systems left untouched for two years or more add 10 to 50 percent, about $75 to $140. Standard gutter covers add $75, or up to $200 when they are screwed down. Underground drain lines are not included.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Do you clean gutters that have guards or covers?
